Dear Friends,
This Sunday is the Third Sunday in Lent.
Lenten Family Fridays have begun! Please see the LENTEN SEASON section of this email below for details about Lent at Our Lady of the Lake. This Friday's meatless dinner is being hosted by Parish Neighbors!
Stations of the Cross are Friday at 7:00PM. Join us!
It is not too late to support the Catholic Appeal of South Carolina (Formerly the Bishop's Annual Appeal). I am asking every parish family to give something within their means to the CASC; a pledge or one time gift. Please make a pledge or gift on-line at: PLEDGE. See this FLYER or watch the Bishop's Video for additional inspiration in discerning your gift!
Daylight Saving Time begins this Sunday at 2:00AM. Be sure to set your clocks AHEAD one hour when you go to sleep on Saturday night!
The Parish Neighbors Ministry needs additional Neighborhood Contacts. Please join us in our mission: Building a community of parishioners who live close by each other to serve and support each other when there is a need. To learn more, contact Kitty Kelly Wilson at parishneighbors@ollchapin.org or at 803-575-0155.
The Women's Club will be having their annual Bake Sale on Palm Sunday weekend. If you would like to donate baked goods to support this fundraiser contact the Women's Club for more information.
Pray for peace in the world and for protection from storms and other natural disasters.
